SCIENTIFIC GOVERNED-USE LICENSING

Scientific Governed-Use Licensing through the Somatic Rising Institute (SRI) provides the licensing pathway for uses of Structural Stability Science (SSS), its originating scientific architecture, governed domain materials, educational architecture, methods, or authorized source-governed derivatives that require a defined continuing or separately governed grant of scientific-use rights.


Ordinary public access to scientific source records, participation in an authorized educational or professional offering, or purchase of an All The Way Up (ATWU) publication, product, or downstream license does not by itself require an SRI Scientific Governed-Use License.


This pathway applies where proposed use requires a defined continuing or separately governed grant of scientific-use rights concerning the originating scientific architecture, beyond ordinary public access or the rights expressly provided through an authorized downstream product, offering, or commercial license.


LICENSING INQUIRIES MAY INCLUDE

  • licensed independent educational delivery of governed scientific material;
  • curriculum licensing where originating scientific architecture is formally incorporated;
  • source-governed educational development;
  • licensed methodological use requiring continuing scientific-governance authority;
  • governed adaptation or authorized derivative development;
  • continuing scientific use requiring defined scope, duration, population, environment, or permitted activities; and
  • other separately licensed uses requiring continuing scientific-governance authority.

A Scientific Governed-Use License is limited to the rights, scope, duration, conditions, and restrictions expressly granted.

It does not transfer scientific authorship, originating source authority, ownership of the scientific architecture, or commercial and deployment rights administered separately through ATWU.


Where proposed use also requires ATWU publications, applications, Licensed Execution, Organizational Internal Use, Technical Deployment, Commercial / Embedded Deployment, or other downstream commercial or deployment rights, the applicable ATWU pathway operates separately according to its authority and scope.

REQUEST SCIENTIFIC GOVERNED-USE LICENSING

DOWNSTREAM OPERATIONAL PROTOCOLS

Public access to a Downstream Operational Protocol does not require or constitute Scientific Governed-Use Authorization.


Where proposed protocol use requires scientific-governance authority concerning originating SSS architecture—including Governed Projection, governed adaptation, source-governed methodological use, scientific representation, or other source-governed activity—the applicable SRI Scientific Governed-Use Authorization & Licensing pathway applies according to scope.


Downstream professional, organizational, execution, operational, technical, and commercial rights are separately administered through ATWU according to the proposed use.


Operationalization does not automatically constitute Scientific Governed Use. Scientific Governed Use is triggered by the authority implicated by the proposed activity.

Open Science & Source Navigation
Public access to scientific source records, source architecture, technical navigation, citation, scholarly review, and research orientation is provided through the SRI Open Science pathway.


Source, Attribution & Provenance
Questions concerning attribution, provenance, authorship, source-record integrity, dependency order, scientific representation, citation, classification, or related source-governance matters are routed through the applicable SRI Source & Provenance pathway.


Academic & Scientific Institutional Access
Universities, research institutions, professional schools, educational organizations, scholarly bodies, and other qualified institutions seeking formal academic or scientific access to Structural Stability Science (SSS) are routed through the applicable SRI Academic & Scientific Institutional Access pathway.


Governed Projection
Requests involving authorized projection of originating scientific architecture into defined downstream domains are routed through the applicable SRI Governed Projection pathway.


Scientific Governed Use | Authorization & Licensing
Requests involving use of Structural Stability Science (SSS) or its originating scientific architecture that requires scientific-governance authority—including Governed Projection, adaptation of originating architecture, independent teaching or training of governed scientific material, scientific representation, certification-related scientific use, governed methodological use, or other source-governed activity—are routed through the applicable SRI Scientific Governed-Use Authorization or Scientific Governed-Use Licensing pathway.


Downstream Application & Commercial Access
Professional publications, Professional Education, briefings, speaking and professional engagements, Multi-Seat Professional Reference, Organizational Internal Use, Licensed Execution, Technical Deployment, Commercial / Embedded Deployment, and other authorized downstream access or licensing pathways are administered through All The Way Up (ATWU).


AUTHORITY BOUNDARY


SRI → SCIENTIFIC GOVERNED-USE AUTHORIZATION & LICENSING

The Somatic Rising Institute (SRI) administers scientific-governance authority concerning specified governed uses of the originating scientific architecture of Structural Stability Science (SSS).


ATWU → COMMERCIAL & DEPLOYMENT LICENSING

All The Way Up (ATWU) administers commercial and deployment rights concerning specified authorized downstream publications, applications, Licensed Execution, Organizational Internal Use, Technical Deployment, Commercial / Embedded Deployment, and other applicable downstream rights.


These are distinct authority classes.


SRI scientific-governance authorization or licensing does not itself confer ATWU commercial or deployment rights. ATWU commercial or deployment licensing does not itself confer SRI scientific-governance authority.


Where a proposed use implicates both authority classes, the applicable SRI and ATWU requirements operate according to their respective authority and scope.

Acceso Institucional Académico y Científico
Las universidades, instituciones de investigación, escuelas profesionales, organizaciones educativas, entidades académicas y otras instituciones cualificadas que busquen acceso académico o científico formal a Structural Stability Science (SSS) se canalizan a través de la vía aplicable de Acceso Institucional Académico y Científico del SRI.

Proyección Gobernada
Las solicitudes relacionadas con la proyección autorizada de la arquitectura científica originaria hacia dominios descendentes definidos se canalizan a través de la vía aplicable de Proyección Gobernada del SRI.


Uso Científico Gobernado | Autorización y Licenciamiento
Las solicitudes relacionadas con el uso de Structural Stability Science (SSS) o de su arquitectura científica originaria que requieran autoridad de gobernanza científica —incluida la Proyección Gobernada, adaptación de la arquitectura originaria, enseñanza o formación independiente de material científico gobernado, representación científica, uso científico relacionado con certificación, uso metodológico gobernado u otra actividad sujeta a gobernanza de fuente— se canalizan a través de la vía aplicable de Autorización de Uso Científico Gobernado o Licenciamiento de Uso Científico Gobernado del SRI.


Aplicación Descendente y Acceso Comercial
Las publicaciones profesionales, Educación Profesional, sesiones informativas, conferencias y actividades profesionales, Referencia Profesional Multiasiento, Uso Organizacional Interno, Ejecución Licenciada, Despliegue Técnico, Despliegue Comercial / Integrado y otras vías autorizadas de acceso o licenciamiento descendente se administran a través de All The Way Up (ATWU).


LÍMITE DE AUTORIDAD

SRI → AUTORIZACIÓN Y LICENCIAMIENTO DE USO CIENTÍFICO GOBERNADO

El Somatic Rising Institute (SRI) administra la autoridad de gobernanza científica correspondiente a usos gobernados específicos de la arquitectura científica originaria de Structural Stability Science (SSS).


ATWU → LICENCIAMIENTO COMERCIAL Y DE DESPLIEGUE

All The Way Up (ATWU) administra los derechos comerciales y de despliegue correspondientes a publicaciones, aplicaciones, Ejecución Licenciada, Uso Organizacional Interno, Despliegue Técnico, Despliegue Comercial / Integrado y otros derechos descendentes aplicables.


Estas son clases de autoridad distintas.


La autorización o el licenciamiento científico del SRI no confieren por sí mismos derechos comerciales o de despliegue de ATWU. El licenciamiento comercial o de despliegue de ATWU no confiere por sí mismo autoridad de gobernanza científica del SRI.


Cuando un uso propuesto implique ambas clases de autoridad, los requisitos aplicables de SRI y ATWU operan de acuerdo con sus respectivas autoridades y alcances.

La disponibilidad en español no modifica la autoridad de origen, la jerarquía de fuentes, los límites de uso ni la relación entre SRI y ATWU.
