DOWNSTREAM OPERATIONAL PROTOCOLS
Downstream Operational Protocols are source-dependent operational structures derived from and governed by established Structural Stability Science (SSS), Dimensional Human Field Theory (DHFT), Structural Identification Method (SIM), and applicable Load–Capacity–Boundary (LCB), admissibility, dependency, and source conditions.
They translate established scientific architecture into bounded structures for downstream operational use.
Downstream Operational Protocols do not establish independent scientific mechanics, separate originating frameworks, or independent source authority.
They constitute a cross-domain operational object class and may appear across human, somatic, educational, professional, organizational, governance, technical, machine-mediated, and other downstream environments.
Application environment does not determine scientific origin or alter source dependency.
OPEN SCIENCE ACCESS
Published Downstream Operational Protocol source records are available through the SRI Open Science pathway for reading, research, citation, scholarly review, source navigation, and examination of their scientific dependencies.
OPEN SCIENCE ≠ OPERATIONAL AUTHORIZATION
Public availability of a protocol record does not itself authorize operationalization, organizational adoption, recurring execution, technical implementation, automation, commercial embedding, adaptation, independent teaching or training, certification, or other separately governed or licensed use.

PUBLICATION IS NOT OPERATIONALIZATION
A published protocol may be read, researched, cited, reviewed, and examined as a scientific source record.
Operationalizing a protocol is a different activity.
Where a protocol is incorporated into recurring practice, organizational processes, governance mechanisms, decision pathways, technical systems, automated environments, commercial offerings, independent educational delivery, or other downstream use, the applicable authorization and licensing pathway is determined by the nature, function, environment, scope, and authority implicated by the proposed use.
SCIENTIFIC-GOVERNANCE INTERFACE
Downstream Operational Protocols remain dependent upon their originating scientific architecture.
Operational use does not automatically constitute Scientific Governed Use.
Where proposed protocol use requires scientific-governance authority concerning originating SSS architecture—including Governed Projection, governed adaptation, source-governed methodological use, scientific representation, or other source-governed activity—the applicable SRI Scientific Governed-Use Authorization & Licensing pathway applies.
Downstream operational, organizational, execution, technical, and commercial rights are separately administered through All The Way Up (ATWU) according to the applicable use and scope.
Where both scientific-governance authority and downstream operational or commercial rights are implicated, SRI and ATWU requirements apply according to their respective authority and scope.
SOURCE INTEGRITY & ATTRIBUTION
Representation or downstream use of a Downstream Operational Protocol must preserve applicable:
- protocol identity and source record;
- scientific dependency;
- canonical terminology;
- source hierarchy;
- attribution and provenance;
- representation boundaries; and
- distinctions between originating scientific architecture and downstream operational use.
Downstream application, visibility, implementation, translation, retrieval, or operationalization does not create scientific origin or independent source authority.
Applicable attribution should preserve identification of Cara Tonucci as Scientific Founder and originating source authority for SSS, DHFT, SIM, and LCB mechanics, together with the applicable protocol source record and scientific dependencies.
