Los materiales publicados por el Somatic Rising Institute (SRI) relativos a Structural Stability Science (SSS), Dimensional Human Field Theory (DHFT), el Structural Identification Method (SIM), la mecánica Load–Capacity–Boundary (LCB) y la arquitectura científica de origen relacionada se ponen a disposición pública para fines científicos, académicos, educativos, archivísticos, de investigación, citación y navegación de fuentes.


El acceso público permite la lectura, investigación, citación, revisión académica y navegación de fuentes.


El acceso público no confiere por sí mismo Autorización y Licenciamiento de Uso Científico Gobernado, derechos de Referencia Profesional sobre materiales sujetos a licenciamiento independiente, Uso Interno Organizacional, Ejecución Licenciada, Proyección Gobernada, Despliegue Técnico, Despliegue Comercial / Integrado, autoridad de certificación, derechos de enseñanza o formación independiente, derechos de adaptación ni otros derechos sujetos a gobernanza o licenciamiento independiente.

El acceso no constituye autorización. La autorización no constituye licenciamiento.


INTEGRIDAD DE LAS FUENTES

Las representaciones públicas, académicas, educativas, organizacionales, mediadas por máquinas, traducidas o realizadas por terceros de materiales fuente de SSS deben preservar:

  • la terminología canónica;
  • la jerarquía de fuentes;
  • la atribución y procedencia;
  • el orden de dependencia;
  • la clasificación científica;
  • los límites del sistema y de autoridad; y
  • la distinción entre ciencia de origen, Proyección Gobernada, aplicación descendente, despliegue y Superficie de Observación.

La aplicación, traducción, visibilidad pública, recuperación, indexación, representación mediada por máquinas o uso descendente no crea origen científico, autoridad de fuente originaria ni un linaje científico independiente.


Los materiales que redefinan, psicologicen, terapeuticen, moralicen, espiritualicen o alteren de otro modo las definiciones científicas canónicas no deben presentarse como SSS, DHFT, SIM, mecánica LCB ni arquitectura fuente oficial de SRI.


Cuando una representación descendente se aparte de un registro científico fuente de origen, dicha representación no sustituye, modifica ni reemplaza el registro fuente de origen, ni adquiere su condición canónica.


ATRIBUCIÓN Y AFILIACIÓN

La referencia a SSS, DHFT, SIM, la mecánica LCB, Cara Tonucci o el Somatic Rising Institute (SRI) no implica por sí misma autorización, certificación, afiliación, respaldo, colaboración, licenciamiento ni aprobación de uso descendente.


Los materiales científicos fuente deben preservar la atribución a Cara Tonucci como Fundadora Científica y autoridad de fuente originaria de Structural Stability Science (SSS).


La atribución no confiere por sí misma autorización, licenciamiento, afiliación ni derechos descendentes.


USO CIENTÍFICO GOBERNADO

La Autorización y el Licenciamiento de Uso Científico Gobernado de SRI no sustituyen ningún licenciamiento comercial o de despliegue de ATWU que resulte aplicable por separado.

All The Way Up (ATWU) administra el acceso descendente autorizado y el licenciamiento comercial o de despliegue correspondiente a:

  • publicaciones profesionales;
  • Educación Profesional;
  • conferencias y encuentros con la Fundadora;
  • Referencia Profesional Multiusuario;
  • Uso Interno Organizacional;
  • Ejecución Licenciada;
  • Despliegue Técnico; y

Cuando un uso propuesto implique tanto autoridad de gobernanza científica como derechos comerciales o de despliegue descendentes, los requisitos aplicables de SRI y ATWU operan de acuerdo con sus respectivas autoridades y alcances.

Estas son clases de autoridad distintas.
