SCIENTIFIC GOVERNED-USE AUTHORIZATION & LICENSING
SRI provides distinct pathways for scientific governance, source integrity, Governed Projection, Scientific Governed-Use Authorization, and Scientific Governed-Use Licensing concerning the originating scientific architecture of Structural Stability Science (SSS).
Select the applicable pathway according to the nature of the proposed inquiry, use, authority, or rights requested.
SCIENTIFIC GOVERNED USE
Public access to Structural Stability Science (SSS) supports reading, research, citation, scholarly review, source navigation, and ordinary professional reference.
Public access does not itself confer authority to independently teach or train governed scientific material, adapt originating scientific architecture, conduct Governed Projection, certify, exercise source-governed methodological use, represent governed scientific material beyond ordinary citation or reference, or undertake other activity requiring scientific-governance authority.
Where proposed use extends beyond ordinary public access and requires scientific-governance authority concerning originating SSS architecture, SRI Scientific Governed-Use Authorization & Licensing provides the applicable institutional pathway.
Such uses may include Governed Projection, governed adaptation, source-governed methodological use, scientific representation, independent teaching or training of governed scientific material, and other source-governed activity requiring authorization or licensing.
Commercial and deployment rights concerning authorized downstream publications, applications, execution instruments, Organizational Internal Use, Technical Deployment, and Commercial / Embedded Deployment are administered separately through All The Way Up (ATWU).
Where proposed use implicates both SRI scientific-governance authority and ATWU downstream commercial or deployment rights, the applicable requirements operate according to their respective authority and scope.
